Canada Post postal workers Shift to Rotating Strikes

CUPW has shifted to national rotating strikes that continue to cause postal delays

As you are likely aware, after 3 weeks of national strikes, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have commenced rotating strikes. Rotating strikes mean that only limited areas of the country will be impacted at a time. We are disappointed, and we understand that this can still significantly impact our customers.

What you can expect

This labour action will continue to affect the flow of domestic, inbound, and outbound shipments using Canada Post services. Further, there remains the risk of further work stoppages or escalations.

All mail and parcels in the postal network have been secured. Canada Post will deliver as quickly as possible once operations resume. Processing and delivery will take some time to return to normal.

Customers should expect delays as CUPW moves to rotating strikes
