Shipping policy

Game Breakers adopts a "First In, First Out" policy with all orders, where the first order received is the first order that is processed. As new orders come in, they are placed in the back of the processing queue, as the first order received is prioritized for fulfillment.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Game Breakers staff make sure your order is sent as promptly as possible. Game Breakers staff may ship an order faster than Game Breakers staff can accommodate an order adjustment request.

If an order is returned to Game Breakers because of an address error (i.e. Incomplete address, missing apartment number, wrong postal code, etc.), the client will pay the return shipping fees. We recommend double-checking your address details before placing an order to avoid any delays.

If an order is returned to Game Breakers because it has not been claimed at the post office by the client, the client will pay the return shipping fees.

In both cases, if the client wishes to have the order shipped again, the client will pay the return shipping fees and the new reshipping fees.

If a client asks for a refund after an order has been returned to Game Breakers, Game Breakers will refund the value of the items (including taxes). The original shipping fees for the first shipment will not be reimbursed and the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

When duties and customs clearance fees have to be paid before delivery, the client will be responsible for the payment of duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees. If the client refuses to pay the applicable fees and the package is sent back to Game Breakers, the client will pay the return shipping fees.

All products are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and sent out daily, Monday to Friday, by 5 pm. In the event of a service disruption with Canada Post, Game Breakers will hold orders until the disruption is resolved.

Game Breakers is not responsible for delays within Canada Post's system and does not provide refunds for items that arrive outside the estimated times.

Lettermail

Lettermail is Game Breakers' cost-effective option to send items within Canada. Delivery can take up to 28 business days, and tracking is not available for this option.

Canada Post provides estimated delivery times without guarantees. Factors like holidays, seasonal volume, and unexpected disruptions can impact delivery times.

For those who need faster service, Game Breakers offers shipping options that include tracking. This ensures that your items arrive promptly and securely, providing peace of mind.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel & UPS Standard Shipping

Expedited Parcel and UPS Standard Shipping are Game Breakers' fast, cost-effective ground shipping options within Canada. Parcel packages can be tracked, and transit times are between one to eight business days.

Pre Orders

If items were purchased with different release dates, all items will be shipped on the latest release date of the items. This policy ensures that clients receive their orders promptly while managing shipping logistics efficiently. However, Game Breakers will provide the option for individual shipping to allow for greater flexibility if needed.

Free shipping applies to orders placed within Canada that exceed $350 before tax.

Where Do We Deliver?

We ship anywhere within Canada and the United States of America. Certain products cannot be shipped to the United States of America due to publisher restrictions. This includes sealed Magic: The Gathering products and select other products.
