Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any singles. Customers may not cancel and redo any order for the same item with the purpose of triggering a current sale or promotion.
Any damages to product shrink wrap such as scuffs, small separations or tears is completely normal and will not be grounds for return or refund. Please note that cosmetic damages including but not limited to package, box dents that do not damage any of the included products are not grounds for return. All our products are delivered to us from official Canadian Distributors.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and please notify us by email at info@gamebreakers.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
There are no refunds for ripped boxes or tears in wrapping.
We do not classify small tears or imperfections in the manufacturer seal, shelf-wear, or MINOR dents/scratches on the box as a "damaged" product. The packaging (outer wrap, cardboard box, box sleeve, or metal tin) of your product is intended to protect the contents during shipment.
It is normal for packages to experience some wear and tear during the shipping process and Game Breakers cannot guarantee the packaging will be undamaged upon delivery. These sorts of defects are normal and should be expected from time to time when purchasing sealed trading cards. It is especially common that sealed products come from the manufacturer with small tears in the wrapping.
If the seal on any product is ripped to the point where the contents could have been opened/removed, then it will not be shipped, but small tears will be ignored.
If you are a sealed box collector or otherwise require a perfect seal, please email us BEFORE ORDERING at info@gamebreakers.ca. We will inspect and ensure that we have the item in stock that meets your condition requirements so that you can place your order. We cannot accommodate these special requests if we have already processed or shipped your order.
Game Breakers will not be held responsible for manufacturer defects, including damaged cards, printing errors, or missing cards from new/sealed boxes or cases. Customers must contact the manufacturer’s customer service department directly for resolution. Manufacturer contact information is usually located on the product packaging.
In-Store Pickup
Any returns/exchanges can only be done by the account holder.
Any returns can be refunded in Store Credit or to the original payment method.
If an in-store order is not picked up within 2 months, the contents of the orders will be returned to the store. You will be contacted via email before this occurs.
We retain the right to only give out orders to the account holder. If account holder is unable to pickup their order in store, you have the option of having it mailed to the BILLING address on file for that particular order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
